APINEQ undertakes to respect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data of its partners, clients and suppliers. APINEQ guarantees that the use of these data will be for clearly identified purposes and in accordance with European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of personal data.

In this context, this Personal Data Protection Policy establishes the way APINEQ uses your personal data.


PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

APINEQ is responsible for the collection, processing, storage, anonymisation and/or deletion of personal data of its partners, clients, or suppliers.
Any questions regarding the use of personal data should be submitted to the APINEQ e-mail address, geral@apineq.pt, or by letter addressed to APINEQ at the address indicated on this website.
Under the terms and deadlines provided for in Article 33 of the GDPR, APINEQ undertakes to notify CNPD if it becomes aware of any personal data breach, as defined in Article 4(12) of the GDPR.


PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are collected and processed by APINEQ only for purposes strictly related to the use of this website, its services and products. Your personal data will only be used within the scope and limits of these uses, in order to provide you with the requested support or assistance services:

– Requests for information, client support or contact forms on the APINEQ website require you to provide your email contact and your name.
– Subscribing to the APINEQ website newsletter requires you to provide your email contact.

– The download of product sheets and/or other support materials requires you to provide your e-mail contact and name.

As data controller, APINEQ undertakes to collect only the strictly necessary data, not exceeding the original purpose for which they were collected and to keep these data only for the period required to provide the service. Therefore, this operation includes sharing information with our employees so that they can complete the contact process. All APINEQ employees are under an obligation of confidentiality regarding the data to which they have access within the scope of their duties, being informed of the relevance of compliance with the legal duty of secrecy and responsibility for compliance with that obligation.

 

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The period for which data are stored and retained varies according to the purpose for which the information is used.

In the case of Newsletters, the period of storage and processing of the personal data you provide us with begins at the time the applicant submits the subscription form and ends when the subscription is cancelled.

You can unsubscribe at any time via a link included in all our newsletters.
When unsubscribing, the data subject will receive an email notification and, subject to the terms of the applicable legislation, his/her data will be removed from our newsletter mailing list.

The personal data collected in the scope of information request, client support or contact will be kept for a period of one year, after the last contact with the personal data holder, without prejudice to the possibility of longer periods of time when the situation so justifies, namely, to safeguard rights, including APINEQ’s.


DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties providing specific services, such as external entities contracted by APINEQ and after prior consent of the personal data holders, in compliance with the requirements set out in the Data Protection Regulation and in accordance with Article 4(10) of the GDPR, in compliance with legal, regulatory, pre-contractual or contractual duties, in particular to public authorities responsible for control and audit tasks and/or partners in activities, projects or services.
APINEQ may, in the course of its activity, subcontract other entities to process personal data on its behalf, after prior consent from the personal data holders, in compliance with the requirements set out in the Data Protection Regulations.

Any disclosure will be made without transposing the purpose for which your personal data were collected and processed. Additionally, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties to comply with applicable laws, respond to legal and governmental enquiries, comply with valid legal processes and protect APINEQ’s rights or property.

Above all, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without informing you or without your consent, when required by law, except in the cases provided for in this document.


USE OF COOKIES

APINEQ uses automatic data collection systems, such as cookies. A cookie is a device transferred to an Internet user’s hard disk, which allows to collect, if available, the IP address, the operating system, the Web browser and the system’s administration. It is statistical information on how the user browses the website and only APINEQ has access to this information collected by cookies, collectively and anonymously, for the optimisation of this website and for the user’s needs and preferences, as well as for the personalised preparation of web pages.
